At ShopTaiwan.us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
